THE UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA – PLANT HALL WEST ENTRANCE RENOVATIONS – TAMPA, FL

Hardeman Kempton & Associates, Inc., HKA, has recently completed a series of graphic studies for improvements to the West Entrance to the historic Plant Hall on The University of Tampa’s campus.  The current entrance is an unremarkable sea of asphalt.  Several different designs have been proposed, using cad plans of the options to create 3D models, which were then merged with existing photographs to best present the different designs and how they would look upon completion.  The University has selected one of the options and has directed HKA to proceed with construction documents. Riverhills Playground – Temple Terrace, FL

Hardeman Kempton & Associates, Inc. is currently finalizing Construction Documents for this ‘Inclusive Playground’ located in Temple Terrace, Florida.  The playground is located along the Hillsborough River and serves as both a community playground, as well as, a playground for Riverhills Elementary School students.  The design resolves current drainage issues, adds new ADA parking and walkways, and is more sensitive to its environment and users than the current design.
